Public Notice on Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for the Proposed Rehabilitation of Ebute Ero-Outer Marina Shoreline Protection in Lagos Island Local Government Area, Lagos State, by the Federal Ministry of Works.

In compliance with the Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) Act CAP E12 LFN 2004, which mandates proponents of all major new development projects to conduct an Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA), the Federal Ministry of Environment hereby issues a twenty-one (21) working days Public Notice for public information and feedback on the draft EIA report submitted by the Federal Ministry of Works and Housing.
Project Summary:

The proposed project involves the rehabilitation of a 3.39 km section of the existing shoreline protection structure, beginning from Ebute Ero to Outer Marina in Lagos Island Local Government Area, Lagos State.
