CENTRAL BANK OF NIGERIA ON BEHALF OF DMO ANNOUNCES THE OFFERING OF NIGERIAN TREASURY BILLS
The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), acting on behalf of the Debt Management Office (DMO), announces the issuance of Nigerian Treasury Bills with tenors of 91, 182, and 364 days. The total amounts on offer are:
- ₦80 billion for 91-day bills
- ₦120 billion for 182-day bills
- ₦500 billion for 364-day bills
These will be issued via a Dutch auction on Thursday, February 20, 2025.
Bid Submission Details
- Money Market Dealers must submit bids through the CBN S4 WEB INTERFACE
- Submission window: 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 19, 2025
- Bids must be in multiples of ₦1,000, with a minimum bid amount of ₦50,001,000
- Authorized Money Market Dealers can submit multiple bids
- Bids may be placed for their own account or on behalf of non-Money Market Dealers or public investors
Auction Results & Payment
- Results will be announced on Wednesday, February 19, 2025
- Successful bidders will receive allotment letters on Thursday, February 20, 2025
- Payments must be made to the bidder’s CBN account by 11:00 a.m. on February 20, 2025

The Central Bank of Nigeria reserves the right to:
- Reject any bid
- Adjust the amount on offer based on prevailing market conditions
